5. Intellectual Property

All content included in the App, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of the App owner or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws, except as otherwise specified on our license page. 6. App Updates

The App may automatically download and install updates from time to time. These updates are designed to improve, enhance, and further develop the App and may include bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules, and completely new versions.

THE APP OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ISSUES RELATED TO THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING DISPLAYED WITHIN THE APP.

10. Health Disclaimer

The App is designed as a timer tool for fitness activities. It is not intended to provide medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program, especially if you have any health concerns or injuries.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, FOR ANY REASON WITH OR WITHOUT EXPLANATION, including, but not limited to, if you breach the Terms.
